Dot H Digital Inc. provides digital services including web development, software development, ecommerce, mobile app development, ERP/CRM systems, consulting, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in written proposals or agreements.

• Quotes and proposals are valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated.
• Project scope changes may affect timelines, pricing, and deliverables.
• Any changes must be agreed in writing before implementation.

• Provide timely access to required materials, approvals, and feedback.
• Ensure you have rights to any content, data, or assets you supply.
• Maintain backups of your data unless otherwise specified.

• Payment schedules are defined in project agreements or invoices.
• Late payments may pause work or affect delivery schedules.
• All prices are in the currency specified in your agreement.

• Upon full payment, you receive rights to the custom work delivered under your agreement.
• Dot H Digital Inc. retains rights to pre‑existing tools, frameworks, and know‑how.
• Third‑party software or licenses remain subject to their own terms.

We will treat confidential information shared during a project as confidential and will not disclose it without permission, except where required by law.

• Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation of third‑party systems.
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes unless explicitly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dot H Digital Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the written agreement. Any completed work and approved expenses up to termination remain payable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
